Session Booking Policy

• Session must be booked and confirmed by the tutor and client at least 24 hours prior.

• Session bookings via WhatsApp are welcome and accepted and will carry the same policy.

​

• Times and days desired outside available time (within reason) can be negotiated with tutor.

​

• Cancellations and/or rescheduled session, by either the tutor or client, must be negotiated and settled at least 30 mins. ahead of the session start time (except in cases of emergency).

 

• Preferred location (online/in-person) must also be specified at least 24 hours before session.

 

• Payment can be made before or after the session (by cash or via wire transfer).
